Application Overview
The YK-160 swinging granulator is a new generation of granulation and granulation equipment developed by our factory based on similar foreign models and combined with the characteristics of domestic pharmaceutical enterprises. Compared with ordinary swing particle machines in China, it has the advantages of small footprint, compact and simple overall structure design, simple equipment operation and maintenance, easy disassembly and cleaning, and no dead corners, meeting GMP requirements. This machine mainly consists of a swinging roller part, a body part, a transmission part, a tightening device, etc.
Equipment characteristics
The transmission part of YK160 wet granulation machine has a compact structure, high power utilization rate, and large transmission power.
The YK160 wheeled granulator is combined with the GHL series (high-efficiency wet granulator) and FL (PGL) series (boiling granulator dryer) to form a combined unit, forming pipeline production, reducing secondary pollution, and achieving high production efficiency.
